Patentes de Software na Nova Zelândia

Uma contra informação difundida pelos sites de software livre é de que a Nova Zelândia baniu as patentes de invenções implementadas por software [1] A Nova Zelândia mudou sua legislação em 2013 para incluir como não invenção os "programas de computador em si", tal como a legislação da Convenção Europeia de Patentes e do Brasil. Aqui uma pequena relação de algumas destas patentes concedidas recentemente, obtidas do site do escritório de patentes neozelandês [2], o que mostra que o critério da Nova Zelandia não é muito diferente do europeu ou do Brasil e demais escritórios de patentes no mundo.
